In Despatch N. 97 of 6 June last I announced that Mr. Bevan had withdrawn his application for the Judge's Clerkship and I have now the honor to state that the Chief Justice has nominated Mr. F. Huffurn to the vacancy caused by Mr. Potter's resignation.
